Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. Location options include Hawaii, Guam, or Greater Indo-Pacific areas.

You will develop pursuit strategies, manage schedules and budgets, and drive project profitability while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires extensive program management experience, ability to navigate remote sites, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 10 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Develop pursuit strategies, including teaming partners, bidding tactics, and resources required to deliver projects in complex locations.
Plan and evaluate engineering/construction techniques, procedures, and criteria.
Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects with complex locations.
Prepare detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and approvals from stakeholders.
Assess project risk and implement mitigation strategies; ensure adherence to PM policies.
