Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking an Indirect Spend Analyst to support governance, inventory controls, and AP automation from the RDC/Branch in Houston. This role focuses on improving spend processes and providing regular analytics to guide purchasing decisions.

The ideal candidate has a background in accounting or finance with 3+ years in procurement or AP automation, and excels in analytics, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Preferred BA or BS in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years in procurement, T&E expense management and AP automation.
• Understanding of accounts payable processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Spend governance and compliance.
• Inventory and indirect purchasing controls.
• T&E corporate card administration.
• AP automation and process improvement (Esker workflows).
• Spend reporting and analytics monthly, quarterly and yearly.
