Crawford Electric Supply is hiring an Indirect Spend Analyst in Houston, TX. You will analyze spend across IT, marketing, facilities, travel, and more, and support sourcing initiatives with vendors and data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, governance, and process improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement/finance, strong Excel and BI skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualificações

• Five or more years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, financial analysis, spend analysis, or supply chain management.
• Experience working with indirect spend categories.
• Experience in multi-site or large corporate environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Spend Analysis and Reporting: analyze indirect spend across IT, marketing, facilities, travel, fleet, office supplies, professional services, telecom, and MRO.
• Strategic Sourcing Support: assist RFQs, RFPs, and supplier selection; conduct market research and benchmarking.
• Vendor and Contract Management: maintain supplier databases and contract repos; track renewals and pricing agreements.
• Financial Analysis: perform total cost of ownership analyses; support budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.
• Process Improvement and Compliance: improve procurement workflows; ensure policy compliance; support audits.
