Crawford Electric Supply seeks a Purchasing Card Expense Specialist to administer and reconcile the company’s P-Card program. You will collaborate with cardholders and finance teams to ensure proper coding, approvals, and month-end close.

The role requires 2–4 years in accounts payable or expense reporting, strong Excel, and experience with ERP/expense-management systems. Location is RDC/Branch, Houston, TX; on-site role with robust benefits.

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Two to four years of experience in Accounts Payable, purchasing cards, expense reporting, or related finance functions.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large volumes of transactional data.
• Knowledge of ERP and expense-management systems; familiarity with card platforms and GL coding.

Mansioni

• Administer, review, reconcile, and monitor the purchasing card program.
• Code transactions accurately in ERP with appropriate GL accounts and cost centers.
• Process month-end close activities, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Resolve discrepancies, ensure supporting documentation, and maintain controls.
• Prepare recurring reports and help improve expense-management workflows.
