Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Analyst to support accounts payable and procurement operations. You will analyze workflows, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Finance leadership to improve processes and controls.

Responsibilities include reconciling vendor statements, monitoring AP aging, and assisting with reporting and budgeting. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, risk evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. Must be able to come into the office as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, AP oversight, or procurement analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reconciliations and reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP as it relates to payables and expenses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Accounts Payable and oversight activities to identify delays and root causes.
• Review invoice data for accuracy, coding, and quality assurance.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support procurement analysis, vendor performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain AP and procurement reports for leadership decisions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close related to accounts payable.
