Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a strategic sourcing leader to drive indirect category strategies and value creation across IT, ITO, and BPO. You will develop long-term roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with stakeholders to optimize supplier portfolios and spend.

You will negotiate complex agreements with strong KPI frameworks, collaborate with legal and finance, and drive performance reviews to sustain cost savings and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Proven track record developing category strategies and supplier management programs.
• Specialized expertise in IT Outsourcing (ITO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and contingent labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cross-functional sourcing teams across IT, ITO, and BPO categories.
• Develop multi-year category strategies and annual sourcing plans.
• Partner with business leaders to align supplier portfolios with goals.
• Negotiate high-value contracts with strong terms and KPIs.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and finance to ensure compliance.
