• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Experience developing category strategies and supplier management programs.
• Expertise in negotiating high-value IT outsourcing (ITO) and BPO deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing sourcing team across IT, ITO, and BPO categories.
• Develop multi-year category roadmaps and annual sourcing plans to optimize costs and mitigate risks.
• Partner with business units to align supplier portfolios with long-term goals.
• Lead complex contract negotiations with strong legal terms, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Oversee RFx processes and ensure procurement compliance across the organization.
