Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Proven track record developing and executing category strategies and supplier programs.
• Specialized expertise in IT Outsourcing (ITO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and contingent labor sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategies across IT, ITO, and BPO to optimize costs and value.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and annual sourcing plans.
• Partner with business leaders to align supplier portfolios with goals.
• Lead complex contract negotiations with strong SLAs and KPIs.
