Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing leader in the Columbus area, or remote within Eastern/Central time zones. You will drive category roadmaps, oversee key supplier relationships, and negotiate high-value contracts to optimize cost and risk.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership with legal, risk, and finance, plus ongoing supplier performance management and governance across IT, ITO, and BPO categories.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement or related field.
• Proven track record of developing category strategies and supplier management.
• Specialized expertise in IT Outsourcing (ITO), BPO and contingent labor.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team across IT, ITO and BPO categories.
• Develop multi-year category roadmaps and annual sourcing plans.
• Partner with business leaders to align supplier portfolios with goals.
• Lead negotiations for complex, high-value agreements with strong SLAs.
• Collaborate with legal, risk and finance to ensure procurement compliance.
• Drive supplier performance reviews and ongoing value creation.
• Oversee RFx processes and team workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Support special sourcing projects as needed.
