Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a Specialist – Procurement/Purchasing to manage end-to-end source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles, including RFx, contracts, and PO execution.

The role focuses on CAPEX, services, and MRO procurement within the US, reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain, 2–5 years of indirect procurement experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to drive cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of procurement experience, Indirect focus (CAPEX, Services, MRO)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Project management experience in procurement preferred; construction projects advantageous
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles, including RFx, contract review, PO execution, and invoice coordination
• Conduct sourcing based on end-user requests and prepare pricing comparisons
• Achieve KPIs related to cost savings, service levels, and on-time payments
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and long-term agreements with suppliers
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through pricing comparisons and demand consolidation
• Coordinate with end users to complete acceptance and ensure timely payments
• Create new material codes, onboard vendors, and review CMS contracts
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and Legal team on agreements and SOWs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide procurement guidance
• Lead procurement process trainings for end users
