Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. in Piscataway, NJ, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles, including RFx, contract review, PO execution, and invoice coordination for CAPEX, MRO, and services.

You will onboard vendors, create material codes, and manage contracts in CMS while ensuring timely payments and policy alignment. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with 2–5 years in indirect procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience focused on indirect spend (CAPEX, services, MRO).
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles, including RFx, contracts, PO review and invoice coordination.
• Prepare pricing comparisons and complete RFx activities in the procurement system per policy.
• Accountable for KPIs related to cost savings, service levels, and on-time payment SLAs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and long-term supplier agreements.
• Lead vendor onboarding, contract reviews in CMS, and cross-functional procurement training.
