Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union in the United States is seeking an Indirect Loan Officer to process vehicle loan applications submitted by indirect program participants from application through decisioning. You will serve as the first point of contact for dealer and member inquiries related to the indirect lending program. Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm.

Every other Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm with Tuesday off. Onsite expectation is 20%.

Qualifications

• High School (Required) or any equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Processes loan applications submitted by indirect program participants including third-party refinance companies and other vendors.
• Adheres to underwriting policies and procedures.
• Reviews required verification documents from dealers and members for accuracy and legitimacy and displays strong problem-solving skills.
• Coaches dealers as needed to avoid recurring funding delays.
• Displays professionalism; maintains positive and productive relationships with program participants, coaching dealers as needed to ensure proper application submission.
• Responsible for effectively managing risks within the scope of assigned job responsibilities.
• Communicate with members and auto dealerships to acquire information necessary to complete loan processing.
• Provides detailed comments in reference to conversations with members and dealers concerning all loans.
• Cross trained to verify documentation for completeness by indirect program participants including third-party refinance companies and other vendors and fund applications.
• Other duties as assigned.
