UCCU seeks an Indirect Loan Officer/Funder to support indirect auto lending by processing, funding, and documenting loans in accordance with policies. You will handle loan closings, maintain files, and assist members and dealers with loan questions to deliver professional service.

You should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of lending experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years of lending experience preferred.
• Understanding of consumer loan products and services.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures, documentation requirements, and lending operations.

Responsabilités

• Review loan documentation and loan files for completeness and accuracy.
• Process coding and posting functions and prepare documentation for funding and closing.
• Close and fund loans in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain loan files, suspense, and hold/mail files.
• Receive and direct calls, provide credit union information.
• Assist members and dealers with questions on loans, balances, payoffs, and related services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with dealership partners.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to lending personnel and management.
