Job summary

INTRUST Bank is seeking an experienced lending professional to underwrite indirect and consumer loan applications. You will evaluate credit quality, authorize decisions, and manage dealer relationships to grow the Indirect Lending Program.

In this role you will coordinate closings, support new processes, and cross-sell loan solutions while upholding confidentiality and INTRUST's character standards. A strong emphasis on customer service and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years banking or finance experience.
• Experience in sales and business development related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service.
• Nationwide Mortgage Lending System (NMLS) registered or able to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and renders decisions on indirect and direct consumer loan applications, balancing sound credit quality, risk management, and loan growth considerations.
• Applies credit policies to approve, deny, or escalate loan requests and policy exceptions.
• Communicates with applicants, auto dealers, and internal partners to obtain information and outline approval conditions.
• Develops and maintains relationships with auto dealerships to support program growth and dealer engagement.
• Works with dealer partners to promote program awareness and strengthen business relationships.
• Monitors dealer performance, delinquency trends, funding quality, and other program metrics.
• Ensures accurate loan documentation, funding, lien perfection, and compliance with procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer lending laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
• Assists bankers with consumer loan products, customer communication, and lending questions.
• Supports goals for loan growth, portfolio quality, and risk management.
