Qualifications

• Requires college degree in business, preferably finance, accounting, or economics.
• 5–10 years of lending and relationship management experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage a moderate loan portfolio relative to market size.
• Market and originate loans and business deposit products.
• Administer loan portfolio and maintain asset quality; perform collections as needed.
• Refer prospects to Wealth Management services.
• Lending authority commensurate with experience.
• May supervise Commercial Lenders or Commercial Bank Representatives.
