Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative and customer service skills, effective communication, listening and organizational abilities.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products and web-based applications.

Responsabilités

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality per INTRUST’s standards.
• Provide friendly, accurate, knowledgeable customer experience.
• Identify customers\' financial needs and recommend products and services.
• Open and service accounts and communicate to meet financial needs.
• Uncover lending needs and complete loan applications with required documents.
• Identify opportunities for referrals across the bank to meet customers\' needs.
