Job summary

HP is seeking a Field Service Technician focused on HP Indigo Digital Printing Presses in the greater Georgia area. You’ll travel to customer sites up to 75% of the time, install, configure, maintain, and repair presses, and educate customers on optimal operation.

This full-time role demands strong mechanical/electrical skills, HP Indigo knowledge, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional on-site service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of HP Indigo printing press technology and processes.
• Solid computer/networking skills relevant to field service.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure HP Indigo Digital Printing presses (hardware, software, networks).
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Educate customers on usage, color management, and best practices.
• Follow installation and escalation plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Use monitoring tools to identify and prevent issues before they affect operations.
• Provide clear updates and maintain high customer satisfaction.
