Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Hardware Remote Support Engineer based in Alpharetta to deliver advanced remote diagnostics and expert resolutions for HP Indigo hardware issues. You will work with global customers to maximize press uptime and operational performance while leveraging AI-enabled tools and data insights.

You will drive proactive monitoring, perform RCA, and share knowledge to improve service quality and customer outcomes across teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical support, field service, remote support, or a related technical role.
Experience troubleshooting complex hardware, electromechanical systems, industrial equipment, or similar technologies.
Experience managing technical customer issues and escalations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex HP Indigo hardware issues using advanced remote support tools and diagnostics.
Analyze technical data, customer symptoms, and system behavior to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Drive remote resolution and minimize downtime, supporting HP's Shift-Left strategy.
Support customers through reactive cases, proactive monitoring alerts, and predictive service notifications.
Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective handoffs and timely resolutions.
