Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in HP-related customer support, account management, or mission-critical systems, with strong CRM and technical skills for on-site service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher, related work experience.
• 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in HP products in customer base, account management or on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience with installation activity overview and site-specific information.
• Address customer-relations challenges promptly and escalate as needed.
• Provide software services across pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery.
• Serve large enterprise and complex accounts with tailored solutions.
• Use proactive monitoring to identify opportunities and prevent problems.
• Provide site support for break-fix activities and onsite escalation support.
• Apply knowledge to resolve complex issues and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate departmental work and mentor the team; act as escalation point.
