Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field plus 10 years of demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including progressive leadership experience managing transportation engineering projects, multidisciplinary teams, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for Indiana Surface Transportation Business Line, establishing strategic priorities aligned with regional and national objectives.
• Lead all aspects of transportation project delivery across Indiana, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop long-term strategies for sustained growth and market leadership.
• Direct operational performance including resource planning, financial performance, risk management, and quality assurance.
