WSP is seeking a Vice President, Construction Management engineer to drive complex transportation and infrastructure projects from their Indianapolis, IN office. You will oversee project managers, ensure quality, and align delivery with client objectives.

The role requires PE licensure, strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record in construction management marketing and leadership. Travel and cross-location collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience/education combination.
• 12+ years INDOT project experience with PM/Construction Engineer responsibilities on major projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in construction management marketing and PM/Resident Engineer roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Lead best-practice quality plans and coordinate with internal and client QA teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pursue strategic teaming partners.
• Create staffing plans and schedules to meet project requirements and budgets.
• Lead pursuit plans to win new construction management work.
• Oversee transportation construction projects as PM or principal-in-charge.
• Assist in delivering medium-to-large construction projects and local infrastructure.
• Conduct business development while balancing billable hours.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards and maintain project documentation.
• Travel as needed and uphold safety policies.
