Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• P.E. licensure in the state(s) required to support project work.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience with senior-level leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex municipal projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure quality, schedule, budget, and profitability objectives.
• Mentor Project Managers and technical staff; guide teams of 10–15 employees.
• Lead business development pursuits, RFQs, proposals, and client interviews.
• Represent the firm in meetings with clients, agencies, boards, and stakeholders.
• Drive design standards, staff development, and operational excellence.
