As a senior leader, you will oversee opportunities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with state regulations while guiding pursuits and client engagement for large projects.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a senior BD role.
• Strong understanding of transportation policy and infrastructure programs.
• Experience in capture management and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for business development with TxDOT in collaboration with Texas leadership.
• Represent AECOM and act as a senior point of contact with TxDOT leadership.
