Job summary

Turner is seeking an experienced engineer to manage mechanical and electrical systems on a Lebanon, IN project. The role focuses on coordinating the project team, subcontractors, and owner’s representatives to ensure timely, safe, on-budget delivery per contract documents.

The candidate will lead MEP coordination, review change orders, and supervise junior engineers, with strong leadership and communication skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 4+ years of engineering experience.
• Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, subcontractors, owner’s consultants and representatives to ensure alignment and efficient systems installation.
• Prepare and manage contract item lists to ensure ROJ dates align with the project schedule.
• Participate in schedule update meetings and provide the latest information for an accurate schedule.
• Evaluate and manage the processing of RFIs.
• Manage the budget including review, evaluation, and negotiation of all change orders with subcontractors.
