Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Indianapolis seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to lead the project team and ensure optimal installation of mechanical and electrical systems on site. You will coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the MEP Superintendent to maintain schedule, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum four years of relevant engineering experience with mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, subcontractors, owner's consultants, and representatives for optimal MEP installation.
• Prepare and manage contract item lists to align with project schedule and ROJ dates.
• Participate in schedule update meetings and provide latest information for accurate planning.
• Evaluate and manage RFIs and changes with budget awareness.
• Co-lead MEP coordination with the VDC Engineer to ensure design and field implementation compliance.
• Develop scope of work documents and resolve conflicts between mechanical and electrical trades.
• Oversee turnover, start-up, testing, commissioning, and closeout processes.
