Job summary

US Signal Company, L.L.C. is seeking a Regional Partner Manager to lead our partner strategy across Indiana and Ohio.

You will own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth, recruiting and developing technology distributors, agents, MSPs, and other channel partners to expand US Signal's market presence. You will collaborate with sales and solutions teams to identify opportunities, enable partners through training and joint planning, and monitor performance to drive sustained growth while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of channel sales and partner management experience in technology, telecom, cloud, or managed services.
Valid driver's license and insurance

Responsibilities

Build the regional partner strategy.
Recruit, onboard, and nurture partner relationships with distributors, agents, advisors, MSPs, and other channel partners.
Win deals with sales and solutions teams by coordinating account strategies and moving partner-sourced opportunities through the sales cycle.
Deliver partner enablement programs including training, joint planning, marketing initiatives, events, business reviews, and ongoing engagement.
Track channel results through CRM, forecasting, and pipeline analysis; drive partner health and performance.
