Job summary

Bunzl Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue within the Processor segment across Indiana. You will manage existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities, promoting Bunzl products from paper, packaging, janitorial, safety, and PPE lines.

This role emphasizes building relationships, handling inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams. Centrally located near Indianapolis is ideal to cover the territory efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through prospecting and building new accounts in the Indiana territory.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote Bunzl products and drive sales of internal and preferred brands.
• Implement pricing strategies within accounts and manage weekly visits.
• Prepare weekly plans and coordinate customer visits with clear objectives.
• Present monthly recaps of sales priorities to leadership.
• Develop product knowledge to demonstrate features and benefits.
• Establish and grow new accounts and manage accounts receivable.
