Job summary

Bunzl Distribution is seeking a Sales Representative to grow the Processor segment across Wisconsin, with a focus on new account development and customer relationship management. You will drive sales through territory management, account development, and strategic pricing while delivering exceptional service to food producers and processors.

This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional willing to cover the entire state of Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience.
• Experience in food processing, packaging, or related distribution is preferred.
• Ability to plan weekly/daily sales activities and visits.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through prospecting and building business with new accounts (greenfield geography).
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote new products and drive sales of Bunzl brands.
• Implement and manage pricing strategies within all accounts.
• Schedule customer visits with clear objectives.
• Provide timely sales forecasts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Develop understanding of Bunzl products with samples and catalog specs.
• Establish and grow new accounts.
• Communicate monthly recaps to sales leadership.
