Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across the Indiana territory. The role combines account management and new business development, with a focus on disposable products including paper, packaging, janitorial supplies, safety, sanitation, and PPE.

Central location near Indianapolis is preferred to cover the state efficiently. You will handle inquiries, manage receivables, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience.
• Experience in food/meat processing or related markets preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & Copilot).
• Ability to plan weekly and daily sales activity with the account manager.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through prospecting and building new accounts in a greenfield Indiana geography.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and cultivate new customer relationships.
• Promote Bunzl products and drive sales of internal and preferred brands.
• Manage pricing strategies and provide accurate weekly sales planning.
• Present monthly recaps of sales priorities to leadership.
• Develop product knowledge and demonstrate features using samples or catalogs.
• Establish and grow new accounts and forecast sales to ensure inventory alignment.
