Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, CE&I, or construction inspection.
• Demonstrated experience with INDOT and/or Indiana LPA clients.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and win work.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction inspection services including materials testing and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, owners, and stakeholders to manage risk and resolve issues.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage construction staff including project engineers and inspectors.
