Woolpert, a leader in architecture and engineering services, is searching for a Construction Manager to lead and grow our Construction Engineering & Inspection services in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves developing client relationships and delivering high‑quality construction services.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in construction management, expertise with INDOT, and skills in project management and team development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, CE&I, or construction inspection.
• Demonstrated experience working with INDOT and/or Indiana LPA clients.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and win work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with INDOT districts, LPAs, and municipal clients.
• Manage construction inspection services, including materials testing.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage construction staff.
