Job summary

You will liaise with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, capture client interactions in the CRM, and prepare proactive communications about index data and market updates. The role also supports onboarding with the sales team, coordinating access to data and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with global clients.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in a professional setting.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams.
