Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a Manager Services-focused professional to serve as the primary client contact, delivering timely, accurate support for Advisor and institutional clients. You will troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate with internal teams, and help maintain model portfolios and trading workflows.

You’ll operate within a hybrid work model in Berwyn, PA, leveraging your client service expertise, regulatory knowledge, and Excel proficiency to ensure high-quality service and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Client Service.
• Must have working knowledge of the securities industry, various types of investment vehicles, and trading methods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize inquiries and handle time-sensitive items.
• Team collaboration and professional diplomacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate and professional resolution of questions related to the company’s technology platforms and investment solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide users through workflows, coordinating with product, operations and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Document client expectations, actions taken and issue resolution status.
• Learn and follow regulatory, security and data privacy requirements.
• Provide training, demonstrations, and support related to the Envestnet platform (Manager Console).
• Represent Manager Services in BPAC meetings to ensure portfolios are operationally acceptable.
• Coordinate correction processes for trade errors and participate in root cause analysis.
