Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts or licenses is preferred.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize index license agreements and index data contracts with clients through signature.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, R&D, Operations to ensure workflow and client perspective.
• Assist with document management and search efforts for the Index Licensing team.
• Upload and track documents in DocuSign for internal/external signatures.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients alongside Sales and Legal teams.
• Draft bespoke contract language to capture commercial arrangements.
• Generate insights for process improvements in contract handling.
• Assist with client data access setup post-signature with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain Nasdaq CRM (Salesforce), SharePoint and Confluence pages for the Index Sales team.
