The position offers a hybrid work option within the United States, allowing remote work part of the week for associates near an office location, with in-office presence three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a customer support or IT helpdesk environment.
• Experience using ticketing or CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of support via phone or email, resolving non-complex issues promptly.
• Escalate to higher-level teams as needed and track resolutions.
• Maintain documentation of interactions and resolutions in the ticketing/CRM system.
