• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and clear documentation skills.
• Comfort using CRM and support tools; proficiency with standard office and collaboration software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities
