Job summary

ServiceMaster Building Services is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional for an independent field role based out of Salem, OR, covering a large service area. You will meet decision-makers, conduct in-person outreach, and generate new business across the territory.

You will attend industry and community events, build relationships, and present proposals to convert prospects into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with business owners, property and facility managers and other decision-makers.
• Conduct in-person outreach, prospecting and follow-up to generate new accounts.
• Cover a vast geographic territory and develop new business in the area.
• Attend industry events and community meetings to build relationships.
• Represent the company professionally and become an active community participant.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, prepare proposals and turn prospects into customers.
• Manage your own schedule and stay accountable for results.
• Attend weekly team meetings in Clackamas.
