ServiceMaster Building Services seeks an energetic, self-motivated professional to grow our commercial cleaning business in the Salem area. This independent, customer-facing role covers a large service territory and involves building relationships with decision-makers in the field.

You will prospect, meet owners and managers, run walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and travel extensively to create new accounts while attending weekly meetings in Clackamas.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in sales, business development, networking or customer service is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct in-person outreach, prospecting, and follow-up to generate new accounts.
• Cover a vast geographic territory based out of Salem and develop new business.
• Attend industry events, networking meetings, and community events to build relationships.
• Represent the company professionally and become an active part of the communities we serve.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and turn prospects into long-term customers.
• Manage your own schedule and activities while staying accountable for results.
• Attend weekly team meetings in Clackamas.
