Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Mason, Lake, Muskegon, Newago, Ottawa, Montcalm, Mecosta counties in Michigan. You will grow the seed business by managing current accounts and recruiting new ones, while delivering agronomic knowledge and superior customer service.

The role offers flexible territory management and the opportunity to work with industry-leading corn and soybean seeds, with strong earning potential through commissions and performance

Qualifications

• Three+ years of ag experience including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and strong negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs to meet district sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and prospects.
