Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Stutsman, Foster, and Wells counties in North Dakota. The role focuses on growing sales, serving as the brand ambassador, and building strong grower relationships with agronomic product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in agriculture, proven sales skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision while expanding the customer base in a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques, as well as excellent negotiating skills and the ability to overcome obstacles.
• Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
• Initiative and the ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals.
• Preference for candidates who can build/maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies within the territory to meet district sales goals.
• Work with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support in the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers, either personally or through a designated seller.
