Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Jo Daviess and Carroll counties in Northwest Illinois. You will act as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, developing and maintaining customer relationships while achieving sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in agricultural sales or agronomy, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in dealer development.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques, negotiation skills and dealer development experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the territory.
• Develop agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
