Job summary

Preferred Reports seeks experienced Personal Lines loss control inspectors to serve as approved vendors. You will perform interior/exterior surveys, measure buildings, and produce detailed reports using cloud‑based systems. Reliable transportation and your own equipment are required.

Bi‑lingual is a plus, with background checks and a resume; pays per inspection and weekly upon order completion. Independent contractor role covering a broad territory across the United States.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of interior/exterior residential loss control survey experience
• 3–5 years experience in commercial loss control assignments
• Ability to meet hard deadlines with minimal supervision
• Own a computer with Windows 10 and high‑speed internet

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email or phone
• Conduct physical inspections of properties as required by the carrier
• Take clear digital photos of properties
• Identify hazards/controls and document them
• Complete on‑site management interviews where required
• Upload report/photos through a cloud‑based system by deadline
