We seek a motivated and self-driven Independent Contractor Recruiter to join our team. Successful candidates will have the unique opportunity to grow and advance in a dynamic environment where their skills in candidate sourcing and recruitment are crucial. This is a commission-based role, perfect for ambitious and aggressive candidates who desire the flexibility to work from anywhere and the ability to control their income based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your own resources and budget to generate leads (note: leads will not be provided)
• Work aggressively to pursue and attract candidates for open positions across a variety of sectors and experience levels.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with our back office support team for updates and utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate tracking.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Must have the ability to work on a 100% commission basis; no base salary or draws are provided
• Must own a laptop or desktop computer (we will not supply) and a phone with a US-based phone number
• DLM Professional does not provide candidate leads. Applicants must be willing to plan and budget for lead generation and sourcing tools/platform subscriptions.
• Have an ambitious and aggressive attitude toward sourcing and recruiting candidates.
• Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn and can commit the necessary time.e
• Flexible scheduling is available; you choose your hours, whether part-time or full-time.
• A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is preferred.
