About the Role

We’re looking for tech-savvy, forward-thinking recruiters to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll:

• Lead and mentor a team of recruitment sourcers
• Dive deep into our tech stack and continuously explore new tools
• Conduct national searches for both contract and permanent roles
• Collaborate with account teams to align on hiring goals and candidate profiles
• Use data and automation to streamline outreach, screening, and placement

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools or CRM/ATS systems
• Past experience in agency staffing or high-volume recruiting
• A track record of mentoring junior recruiters or sourcers
• Strong communication skills—you must be clear, fast, and dependable
• A proactive mindset; we’re fully remote and highly collaborative
• Passion for helping others grow (your candidates, your team, yourself)
