Job summary

FeldCare Connects is recruiting a self-motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver premier care in the Sun Valley area. This independent contractor role focuses on adults; you will assess, plan, apply interventions, and monitor progress to promote movement and reduce pain.

You will work autonomously as your own boss with flexible scheduling, maintaining high-quality standards and documentation in a home health context.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with adults across ages in a home health setting.
• Active Physical Therapist license and state registration.
• Completion of an approved PTA program per recognized standards.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs in home health.
• Develop and execute treatment plans to improve function and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, and maintain records.
