Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver premier care in the Panorama area as an Independent Contractor, serving adults of all ages in home health.

The PTA conducts assessments, develops and executes treatment plans, monitors progress, and works with the supervising therapist to promote movement, reduce pain, and restore function in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapist license and state registration.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and plan treatment.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and report to supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate records with discretion.
