FeldCare Connects in Sun Valley, CA is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health delivery as an Independent Contractor. You will assess patient care needs to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.

Based on assessments, you will help determine and execute a treatment plan, monitor progress, and adjust care as needed, while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the supervising therapist and care team.

Qualificações

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Physiotherapist license and registration by the state.
• Curriculum approved by APTA or AMA councils.
• Bilingual is a plus.
