You will evaluate progress, modify plans as needed, and maintain accurate records. California PTA license and state registration are required; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs to promote movement, pain reduction, restoration of function, and disability prevention.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan based on assessment results.
• Execute interventions to improve patient well-being and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate and discreet patient records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients and care teams, adapting plans as needed.
