Job summary

The Periscope Group is seeking an Independent Contractor OT/PT Consultant to perform one-time, in-home medical necessity assessments. You will provide expert recommendations for equipment, services, and care to help members maintain independence, and you will submit documentation securely online from any device.

Qualified therapists travel to member homes, set their own schedule within assessment timeframes, and may earn $135–$200 per assessment, depending on location and assessment type.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Liability insurance, professional malpractice coverage (may be purchased at offer).
• Ability to lift 30 lbs, stairs and varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and travel to member homes.
• Tech savvy: navigate online portals, upload documents, and use devices.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
