Job summary

The Periscope Group is seeking a Physical / Occupational Therapist Consultant to conduct in-home medical necessity assessments. You’ll use your clinical skills to provide expert recommendations that help clients maintain their independence.

This independent contractor role allows you to set your own schedule, with compensation ranging from $135 to $200 per assessment. You will join a nationwide network, receiving training and support along the way.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist (PTAs or COTAs are not accepted).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and perform physical assessments.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from member homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in an individual’s home.
• Provide recommendations for equipment and care that empower member independence.
• Complete documentation through an online portal.

Skills
